CEU Courses
Continuing-education sessions for South Florida community association managers, property managers, and boards. Each one is built around your buildings and taught by the team that self-performs the work.
Why Learn With Us
Education from the crew that does the work
Because Beachfront self-performs painting, roofing, waterproofing, and concrete restoration, our sessions come from field experience on coastal buildings, not a slide deck. Managers leave able to spot problems earlier and budget for them sooner.
How It Works
Built around your buildings
- 1
Pick your topics
Choose from the topic areas below, or tell us what your board keeps asking about.
- 2
We build the session
We shape it around your building types, your questions, and the decisions on your calendar.
- 3
We bring it to you
In person at your office or association meeting, or live online for a team spread across properties.
Topic Areas
What we can cover
Every session is built for the group in the room. These are the areas we teach from, drawn from the work we self-perform on South Florida buildings. Mix them, narrow them, or bring your own question.

Something else on your list?
If your board or your team keeps asking about something on the outside of the building, tell us. We will build the session around it.
