Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: September 25, 2026

Beachfront Commercial Services wants every property manager, board member, and homeowner to be able to use this website, whatever they browse with. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and treat gaps as defects to fix, not exceptions to explain.

What We Have Done

  • Text colors on every public page are measured against the WCAG contrast ratio of 4.5:1, and an automated check fails our test suite if a page slips below it.
  • The site works with a keyboard alone: menus open on focus as well as on hover, the focus indicator stays visible on light and dark sections, and nothing traps the cursor.
  • Forms use real labels, announce errors to screen readers, and never rely on color alone to convey a problem.
  • Meaningful images carry text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
  • The interactive county map is a visual convenience only; the same counties and cities appear as ordinary links beside it.
  • Animation respects your operating system’s reduced-motion setting.
  • Pages use semantic HTML with a logical heading order.

Known Limitations

  • Some downloadable documents, such as case studies, reference letters, and procurement forms, are PDFs that predate this site and may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will provide the same information in another format.
  • Services we link to, such as Google Maps, our Google Business Profile, and HubSpot, follow their own accessibility practices.

Tell Us If Something Is in Your Way

If any part of this site is hard to use, email info@beachfrontcs.com or call 561-557-8534 and tell us the page and what happened. We aim to respond within one business day and to fix real barriers rather than only acknowledge them.

How We Keep It That Way

Accessibility checks run automatically on every change to the site, and we review new sections against WCAG 2.1 AA before they go live. This statement was last reviewed on the date shown above.
