An Updated Color Scheme for a 1964 Coral Ridge High-Rise
Lauderdale Tower's board wanted a modern exterior without guessing at the result. Sherwin-Williams mock-ups and renderings settled the scheme, then a 10-year-warranty finish went on all stucco and doors.

The property
Built in 1964, Lauderdale Tower is a high-rise condominium in the Coral Ridge neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. Located on the Intracoastal waterway, it houses 124 units across 10 stories, with boat dockage and close proximity to the ocean, restaurants, stores, and schools.
What we did
We provided commercial painting services following a concrete restoration and rail replacement project completed by our sister company, Waterfront Services.
The color decision came first. We partnered with Sherwin-Williams to give Lauderdale Tower a mock-up and color renderings, so its team could choose an updated scheme against the actual building rather than a sample card.
Then the finish. We covered all stucco and doors across the 10-story high-rise with Sherwin-Williams Resilience, a high-hiding exterior finish with excellent moisture resistance and a 10-year warranty.
Why it matters
Following concrete restoration, the coating is what locks in the repair and what every owner actually sees. Careful preparation is unglamorous and it is the entire difference between a paint job that reaches its warranty and one that starts showing its age in the third summer.
“Along with careful preparation, we pride ourselves on delivering a meticulous paint job that lasts.”
